Happy Turkey Day!

Wowzers! I have been busy. Here are some new zipper ornaments that I made for the Brandon Artists' Guild. They should be up on the tree there now. They were fun to make and the best part was that I got to use rick-rack on the outside edges. Yay for the very special zig-zag braid!

I have been busy with craft shows every weekend since the end of September. See the schedule of where I will be for the next few weeks at my website, stacie mincher designs. This next weekend I will be at two different places in the Burlington area. My Mom and I are going to split up for the only time this year. I will be at the Queen City Craft Bazaar at 1 Main Street on Saturday, December 1st. I will also be doing the craft fair at the Lake Champlain Waldorf School on Friday evening and Saturday for the first time. I couldn't pass up either. Both should be a fantastic time. I can't wait!!!

This weekend was a two day Vermont Farmers' Market craft show in Poultney. It was busy and exciting for both days. It was nice to see all of my market friends and some new and past customers. We had a huge spot which was nice after being cramped in tiny spaces for the past couple shows. The display looked better than ever. It is over now and I have tomorrow to get in a little shopping that I missed out on yesterday and today.
I am going to have an insanely crazy week trying to get things done. I sold a ton of bottle cap picture frames this weekend so I will be making those as well as more zipper things, zippy pins, and a whole extra tray of book clips. I need to make cards but I will probably not. They attract a lot of attention but aren't always big sellers. I also have some important paper work to do that I have been putting off and worrying about for a while.
I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving week that you had some time off. It is super nice not having to go back to a lame retail job the day right after while everyone else had an extra long weekend off and I didn't! F that. I don't miss it at all. Have a good week and I will see you soon!
